Responsibilities

Install GPS tracking systems/devices in a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of GPS tracking systems, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and providing accurate data.
Work closely with the marketing team and Tech admin to ensure the proper maintenance of records and to provide prompt service to the customers.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing job duties
Master demos of our software

Must Have

+2 (Higher Secondary Education)
Perfect written English
Knowledge of automobile part and its function
Must have a two-wheeler driving license
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of GPS technology and tracking systems
Understanding of vehicle wiring and electrical circuits
Prior experience in device installation or field service work
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to use mobile apps or tracking software for testing and setup
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
